WALKING THROUGH REGRESSION

Happiness does not come walking towards us.

That is why we must each walk our paths.

Some days we take a thousand steps forward, while others force us to step backwards.

Remember that life will always try to push us back, but it is our resilience that truly matters.

When we find ourselves faced with challenges, it is ok to step back, so that we can step forward again.

This ebb and flow is a natural part of life. 

Every day of the year, we are just one step away from happiness.

So, let us keep walking, especially on days when happiness seems out of reach.

Let us believe in the power of taking that single step, even on the journey of a thousand miles.

For it is in the walking, in the continual striving, that we find the essence of life and the joy of being.
